Made it safe and sound to sunny(ish) Florida! I started driving at 2pm yesterday and arrived at 7pm today… Not my best time on a straight through burn, but there were a few extra stops and a very heavy load… After an all night burn, we decided to stop for breakfast. We descussed the usual options and out came the magical google machine… Then a phone call to a local Atlantean (?) and we soon found ourselves downtown in this quaint spot

Awesome food and a great little atmosphere. I’m so happy we didn’t go to cracker barrel! Later, after another 10 hours or so we decided to grab a beer in Jacksonville and to my surprise, found a few choices! We decided on this one

While It’s a bit hard to find and even harder to find the entrance, you will be pleased when you belly up to the bar.

The staff is friendly and beer is very respectable. The cascade IPA was wonderful. No food just strong drink at this Jacksonville gem…. Love.
