  • If possible, feed yourself and others in times of happiness. Feeding anger and sadness will create more.

  • All communication, relationships, and interactions are a dance. That dance requires at least two people. Some are better at one dance then another. Truly great dancers learn their partners strengths and weaknesses. They fill in the gaps of their partners and both give, and trust that there will be, a supportive arm while dipping.

  • Tread water. Don’t carry so much weight that you sink, and certainly don’t spend any time trying to walk on it. Just tread.
