A little Vitamin D goes a long way

Well, Jeremy and I got back together in the sleepy town of North Miami to record our latest album:

Vitamin D.

What an amazing time with fantastic people. We ate, slept, and recorded for 72 straight hours at the 5hit Factory Studio and had a ton of fun.

We all feel great about what we got down and are looking forward to the release. Big thanks to Brian and Levi for opening the doors to us and dealing with a little Johnson funk! {double entendre intended}
We’re now in post production and hopefully will be ready to release in the next few weeks. Keep your eye on

    It was a pleasure to be a part of it! I haven’t done much work on it, but I’m looking forward to getting to it this weekend. Enjoy the mitten, especially the beer part
